Genealogy & Local History
Genealogical Resources
In addition to 3 online genealogical databases, the library has access to Hudson vital statistics, baptismal records from some local churches, and a variety of publications and record books. We also have several useful guide books to help the novice get started. Some items are available for check-out, while others must be used inside the library. Certain records are also available online, courtesy of our archives
Local History
The library maintains a collection of Town Reports dating back to the mid-1800s, Alvirne High School yearbooks, histories of the Town of Hudson and various other items of interest to local historians.
