We welcome adult and teen volunteers at the library. Volunteers provide valuable help to library staff in a variety of ways, depending on the interests and skill set of the individual volunteers. Past assistance has included edging books, tidying-up the library, folding brochures, providing extra hands at programs, and wrapping new books.

To take the first step in becoming a library volunteer, please fill out both the Adult Volunteer Application and the Background Check forms, then return them to the circulation desk at the library. The library covers the cost of the background check.

Teen Volunteers
Teen volunteers are volunteers that are minors and follow different steps to becoming a library volunteer. Teens interested in volunteering in the library should contact the Youth Services staff for the teen volunteer form and next steps.
