OMRON Wireless Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor

Omron BP kitThe OMRON 10 Series Wireless Upper Arm home blood pressure monitor (BP7450) technology minimizes the impact that breathing and movements will have on blood pressure reading results, helping to reduce measurement inconsistencies and errors.

The device features a horizontally designed, dual LCD monitor, which can compare a current reading to a previous reading, while the large, black, backlit side-by-side comparison display makes readings easier to see.

This monitor includes an enhanced Irregular Heartbeat Symbol, which alerts the user of the number of irregular heartbeats (up to three) while blood pressure is being measured, and TruRead technology that allows the user to automatically take three consecutive readings at customizable intervals (15 seconds, 30 seconds, 60 seconds, or the optimal two-minute rest period between readings) and displays the average. Additionally, the Hypertension Indicator feature displays a “HIGH” symbol if the systolic (upper) measurement reaches 130 mmHg or above, and/or if the diastolic (lower) measurement reaches 80 mmHg or above.

The device also features the pre-formed ComFit cuff, which is designed to help reduce cuff placement and measurement errors, and fits arms from 9” to 17” in circumference. It also includes a convenient AC adapter so your monitor is ready whenever you are.

Both OMRON 7 Series and 10 Series upper arm blood pressure monitors have been clinically validated for use in patients with type II diabetes.
